Features for Microsoft Word

Microsoft Word has features that are very useful for board reports or creative, and formal writing. Students all over New Zealand use the Microsoft Word application for their assessments and other stuff. Microsoft word has the ability to change the text font and size a key feature because it allows me to present my board report the way I want. I can also underline the heading and bold it to make it look presentable and words that are very important. You can also highlight any words, tables or page with different colours to make it look outstanding. Also I used word because of the spelling and grammar and since my board report is formal it had to be error free and the spelling and grammar tool insured that it is. Another helpful feature is the header and footer tool which makes it easy to name my work. I could put the report title in the header and my name or page number in the footer to clarify that this work is by me. Word allowed me to import pictures to my board report from my Excel spreadsheet to provide evidence to back up my statement by using the copy and paste tool. This tool suggests all kinds of option of how you would like to paste it.
